I'd like to thank you for an interesting excursion to the art gallery in Druskininkai, which made a deep impression on me. Thanks for wonderful time spent in your museum. I am so fascinated by high artistic value of your children's art. I hope to be able to come back here soon, since Norwegian people could learn from your experience. I wish you all the best in your plans and works at your art gallery.

I'd like to be a child again and to start everything anew. But I can't. Therefore I am grateful for the possibility to see what children can do while their hearts are still open to all good things.

The God is the creator and the man is the creation.
But the creation bears a resemblance to his creator, so a man is creator in his own right.
He is both a creator and a ruler in the Earth. It was due to the God's will that primary chaos was turned into all that we have now. A man uses his mind and fantasy as well as colours, words and notes to express the sparkle of the God's will that he finds in himself.
This could be said about the competition "Bells of childhood". One can see the inner self of young creators in their works. This is the beginning of their creative way, while the way itself will demand great efforts and even sufferings. God blesses children in their way to creation, those who try to find and to show their inner self in the chaos of colours.

I'd like to thank you, dear director, for all your efforts and all your life, devoted to children, to the development of their creative abilities. The fact that you have a department for disabled children in your gallery is especially moving. It's so nice and humane. I hope that art activities of disabled children will became more systematic and integrated into the network of education and culture.

I have never seen such a beautiful museum, even more so beautiful since the authors of the works exhibited are children. I was especially impressed by the devotion of its director for such ideals as beauty and all good things which enrich our souls and make our life worth while living.

The most sincere visitors and evaluators of your gallery are children.
Your gallery is like a wonderland. It is like a fairy-tale.
I wish it would never come to an end.

The world around us is so big. In a hurry we fail to notice forms and colours. While looking at these pictures I had a rest and felt an impulse of strength and energy. Creative work is equal to life. One can feel a deep satisfaction and be thankfull for those people who devoted their lives to it. Let it be like that: I do much more than I can.
Aušra, a student from Klaipėda
